The new format of Big Brother Australia just keeps getting better.
Seven Network announced today that there will be a second season of Big Brother this year, called “Big Brother VIP”
it will feature some of Australia’s biggest celebrities, and maybe some past housemate celebrities.
Season 2021 of Big Brother is set to premiere very soon, with today’s announcement it really shows the success of the show and the new format, targeting so many new audiences.
Big Brother VIP will continue to be hosted by Sonia, these news has gotten many past house mates in a fury, begging to be on the VIP season, but rumours say it will be strictly Australian celebrities, all though most of us would call past housemates celebs.
The Programming Director, Angus Ross, said: “The new season of Big Brother looks fantastic. We can’t wait for Australia to meet this year’s amazing collection of housemates and to start discovering the many surprises and twists we have built into the show.
“With anticipation for the new season building, the time is right to commission Big Brother VIP.
“The celebrity format is a proven success around the world. It was a hit here in Australia almost two decades ago and we’re looking forward to introducing a whole new generation of celebrities to Big Brother. Let the game begin,” he said.
